unclejimboXander had the thyroid sonogram done last Friday and Donna took the report over to the endocrinologist's office today. It all looks really good and we're taking Xander off his medication for 5 weeks to see how he does.
If all goes as we think, he will not have to go back on to the supplements because his thyroid is doing it's job. (Keep fingers and any other appendages crossed)
Donna and I are just shaking our heads on this one. Xander is perfect in every way. He's smart, engaging, friendly, polite and very sweet. He's bonding with us very well and greets me with a hug and a big grin when I pick him up at daycare in the afternoon. Why anyone would pass him up is still beyond me. We're very lucky and blessed.
Donna just handed me our i-Pod with to listen to. (lifting me higher and higher...)
