Why is it that when you freeze a comment to end an unproductive conversation, you're automatically the bad guy.

I do have to say that I found that last exchange a little hilarious...

I haven't been to that comm in years. I guess regarding the freeze in communities, it depends on whether you're a mod or not. Many communities ban the freezing of comments, unless you're a mod. Maybe that was the case here?
