unclejimboWell, Donna noticed some bubbling under the kitchen/dining room floors that has been getting more noticeable in the last couple of days. Then tonight, I noticed a spot on the living room carpet affected.
Deciding to check the back room being readied for Xander I found the carpet wet. I think it is likely from the leaky patio cover put up by the last owners of the house. (Cheap-ass, non-permited POS work!) We've been meaning to get it fixed, but money has been tied up with the adoption.
Well, have to get it fixed now, just need to find the money. And the carpet's cleaned. Rainy season in California. Gotta love it. Now gotta fix it before the boy comes home. Grrrrr....
