Beware Bosses asking for favors...

Just before lunchtime, I get asked by my boss to go and cover ED2 because the guy there is needing to go and cover CT.
Well... Okay, I said.
Still here in ED2, needed help with a patient I couldn't get into the room because the room is not designed to accommodate a gurney. (Nice one designer-assholes)
I call to the main department to see if they can take him but the boss tells me there is no one to take the patient. So I take him over to the main x-ray and do all the exams there.
Grrr.... How many times have I taken a patient when it was someone else over here and I had to fit it in even if we were slammed with patient? WTF!
If it weren't for the fact I have amassed so much seniority and such, I 'd walk... Trouble is I could walk into something worse.
