It's Monday...

unclejimboNot too bad a day, I had it off... Well, I got home from work at 2 AM so I think that counts as off, right?

kyburg called me about 9:30 to tell me about a house we needed to go and see. We wanted to talk to someone this weekend, but stuff didn't pan out. The house was very nice and priced where we wanted it.
Now if FHA comes through on the loan for the people who want to buy our condo, we'll be able to make an offer tomorrow... (Cross your fingers gang!)
Spent the day waiting around, Donna had the car and by the time I got home, I'd just have had to turn around and go right back out to Manhattan Beach. Who wants to sit in LA traffic all day? So I played my new Gameboy ADV game, Breath of Fire II. D&D kind of game. Task oriented but you can choose who you want to be in your party. And you have magic and healing spells and monsters and stuff. Very much Anime style artwork. Two thumbs up. (Just remember to save often!)
Stopped off at IHOP of dinner. Blew $10 on one of those Claw games where you try and grab the toys piled up in there... *Grin* Got a 'Rally Monkey' T-shirt, a Sports Bottle, and a Harry Potter hat. Not a bad haul for 10 bucks...
And my soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts arrived... Wow! If the music is THIS good, I need to have the game... Well, I suppose getting a PS2 would be a good idea... :p
And Hawaii on Thursday. Just 5 hours on a plane and we get out for a week of sun in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I'm telling you, I want to retire there... It is that nice, so long as you don't mind the occasional volcano... :)
