KITTY UPDATE

unclejimboAi-chan went to the vet yesterday. (Can you believe I managed to get an 11:30 AM appointment?) Sadly, she has a scratch on her inner eyelid and it is not happy. The doctor told me that cat scratches infect easily. I should have showed her my legs... ^^ We put the phosphoresent dye in to check her cornea. Thankfully no scratch there.
We have eyedrops for her and Ai-chan is wearing a collar to protect her from rubbing... Fat lotta good that's doing, she's just rubbing against things instead of using her paws... She should be better in about 10 days. We put in drops morning and night and the kitty is not going to like it much. Poor thing. She's been very clingy again. So I didn't get much sleep last night as I'd have liked.
