The magic of a few stickers...

unclejimboAt work, had a couple of kids to x-ray. Both did well for me, but one had his blood drawn right after I was finished... Bummer. :(
Well, after things had calmed down a bit, I went back over with stickers for the good little patients.
Even with tear tracks on his face and his arm bandaged up to keep the IVs in place, his smile couldn't have been much bigger. I even got a thank you.
As I walked out after dropping off stickers for my other patient, I heard him going on about how he got three stickers...
Sometimes it is the little things that can make a big difference.
