A woman going to see her husband in prison locked her daughter in a truck because the prison wouldn't let her in. The daughter's name wasn't on a visitor's list.

Good God! Didn't it occur to this woman that the better plan was to take the child home first or something?

She was arrested at the prison and her daughter was unharmed.
