The Phoenix Mission to Mars is about to hit a major milestone.

The spacecraft is set to land on May 25th about 4:30 pm PST. The lander is planned to land in the north polar region and will survive for about 3-4 months before it is inundated by the polar icecap. (Mostly frozen CO2, but it will cover the solar panels on the lander which will end the mission.
Only problem is, I'll be up in the bay area... Hope I have internet available so I can keep tabs on things.
