unclejimboWell, as expected, the networks covered the day ad nauseum. Still, there were things that did resonate well:
Dan Rather talking, apparently for the first time, about seeing the people falling from the upper floors of the World Trade Center.
The stories of those who survived and those left behind. My favorite is this HUGE Hawaiian cop who pulled out 8 people and lead countless others to safety from the Pentagon being referred to as a Guardian Angel. (Although no one thought they came so big...)
The memories that came back watching the towers burn, thinking about being the first to tell Donna. Talking to my brother, knowing all too well that those buildings were coming down. I could even picture how it would fall before it did.
Some days it really sucks being so smart. *sigh*
In other news, made it to work today. Still feel like crap, but not quite as bad. Really run down at the end of the day. I'll be glad when this bug is history.

Running out of gas... Need sleep... Gotta work tomorrow... ugh!
