Well, another Christmas is almost done. Gifts were given and recieved. Some of the highlights...

kyburg told me she was going to spoil me horribly... She didn't lie...

Palm Pilot, cell phone, lots of Anime... Oh no, she didn't lie... Not at all... I responded with a bunch of stuff from her Amazon.com wishlist and a PS-2... I think I didn pretty well...

Of course, our niece Lauren was a topper of the day. She was wanting tickets to the Lakers vs the Pacers. (She is friends with a member of the Pacers who she knew in college) She didn't think anyone would really get those tickets, but she did put it on her wish list...

Well... Finding the tickets was an adventure.

kyburg tried Ticketmaster but the game in LA was sold out. She was about to give up when I decided to try E-bay... Well, we found a pair of tickets... The fun part was it was the game in Indiana... So we also sprang for airfare for her.

Well, you should have seen her face when she saw the entirety of the gift. (Donna packed it with some sodas to hide the nature of it... ^^) She first saw the tickets, then found the flight itinerary... We did have to remind her to breathe... She turned such an interesting shade of blue... ^^

It is nice to have the resources to do these kinds of things...

Well, gonna go and watch Anime now... God knows we have enough to last us till Anime Expo!
