kyburg reported yesterday we have officially received our first decree from the court in Taiwan. The clock has started and we should travel in 6 to 8 weeks. Purchased a CARES restraint for the flight home with the kiddo. It is a harness that fits onto airline seats and provides the same type of restraint as a car seat but fits easily into your carry on luggage. (It's even approved by the aviation authorities in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.)
