I think it is appropriate to send all good thoughts and prayers to the folks in Santa Barbara tonight. The fire bearing down on the city has flared up quite a bit and already there are reports of firefighters being injured and homes being destroyed.

Hopefully no one on my friend's list is near there.

This is going to be a long night for the people up there.
