Weekend recap...
Nov. 29th, 2004 08:53 amWell, I'm taking my brother to LAX later so he can fly back to St. Louis. Thanksgiving was quite nice, we had quite a lot of family there and we all ate quite too much.
Richard and I worked on some of the projects Donna and I needed to complete for the next State inspection for the foster family thing. Mom found a fireplace grill that would fit over our heater in the living room and it only cost $30 as opposed to $500 if we were to have something fabricated from scratch. (I think I need to learn how to weld. I could make a mint... *sigh*)
Saw The Incredibles on Saturday night. In spite of the morons running around the theater complex causing trouble, it was a lot of fun. If you have not seen it, do so. It is definitely worth the money.
I'm going to try and get the lawn mowed either today or tomorrow. Other than that, the next few days hopefully will be nice and uneventful. Next week is when Donna's mom goes in for surgery and she is understandably worried.
